Eagle Bronze
Presented by LEADER Corporation

Lander’s Eagle Bronze is the world’s leader in the casting of monumental bronze sculptures and Lander’s LEADER Corporation was there to assist in its beginning.

Eagle Bronze, located South of Lander in the Lander Industrial Park, was founded by Monte and Bev Paddleford in Lander in 1986 and now employs over 50 people. Eagle Bronze is one of the top 3 artistic bronze casting foundries in the United States and is the world’s leader in the casting of Monumental Bronze Sculptures.

Eagle Bronze has grown from modest beginnings to having provided the world’s largest continuous theme bronze monument for Pioneer Plaza in Dallas, Texas, as well as monuments for Cabela’s Sporting Goods Stores, the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, the town of Avon, Colorado, and many other bronze monument sculptures all over the world. To date, Eagle Bronze has produced over 600 monumental sculptures. Eagle Bronze has also been a driving force behind Lander’s state-wide reputation as the City of Bronzes

LEADER Corporation, the private economic development organization started in Lander in 1984, was instrumental in providing initial financing, business leadership and strategic planning for Eagle Bronze. LEADER provided portions of the initial financing for the start up of the organization and for later expansion. According to Monte Paddleford, company president, “We wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for LEADER.” Monte also stated that, “LEADER has been a key player in economic development of the community”.

LEADER Corporation salutes Eagle Bronze and the Paddlefords for their success and contribution to Lander and Lander’s economic community and is proud to have been a part of such a significant Lander business.
